Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tablespoon grated onion (or dried onion)
  • 1 Tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) container buddig Sliced Corn Beef

Method

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, onion, horseradish and Worcestershire until well blended. Separate sliced meat. Lay out in stacks of 4 slices each. Place 2 double slices in a row, slightly overlapped. Spread with cream cheese mixture. Roll up and fasten with a wooden pick. Repeat with remaining meat and cream cheese. Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours. Just before serving, cut into 1 inch slices. Makes approximately 3 ½ dozen pinwheels.
