Tomato Catsup

Ingredients
- 1/2 bushel tomatoes (prepared to can)
- 6 green peppers (large-chopped)
- 6 Onions
- 6 C. Vinegar
- 7 C. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 2 tsp. Allspice
- 2 tsp. Cloves
- 5 small dried Hot Peppers chopped
Method
Step 1
Prepare tomatoes as to can (scald and peel). Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to boil. Turn down to low and cook 5 to 6 hours. Can in Hot Jars and seal at once (need not be cold packed)
