Ingredients

  • 1/2 bushel tomatoes (prepared to can)
  • 6 green peppers (large-chopped)
  • 6 Onions
  • 6 C. Vinegar
  • 7 C. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Allspice
  • 2 tsp. Cloves
  • 5 small dried Hot Peppers chopped

Method

Step 1

Prepare tomatoes as to can (scald and peel). Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to boil. Turn down to low and cook 5 to 6 hours. Can in Hot Jars and seal at once (need not be cold packed)
