Ingredients
- Round Steak Cut into serving pieces
- 1 pt. Tomatoes
- 1 C. sliced onions
- Gravy Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
- 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquett
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/3 cup water
Method
Step 1
Brown steak in fat. Then place in a roasting pan and cover with onions and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours until tender
Step 3
Mix gravy ingredients together and stir into steak. Let it heat through.
