- Horseradish (about a tablespoon)
- Lemon juice (about a teaspoon)
- Tabasco (about 1/2 teaspoon)

This sauce is all about your own personal taste. You can start with the measurements above as a guide, but then change it to suit your taste and how much sauce you want. Start with the ketchup and don't ever use Hunt's. Add horseradish until it just begins to color the ketchup. Then, add a little lemon juice and a little Tabasco. Bam, better than Red Lobster!
