Ingredients

  • 2 C. Flour
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 C. cold water
  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Method

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together, then add the rest of the ingredeients. Mix well. Beat 1-2 minutes. Bake in a shallow pan, lightly greased.

Step 2

350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
