Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 C. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 C Melted Butter
  • 1 1/4 C. Buttermilk

Method

Step 1

mix the ingredients (not too much) in a bowl, then spoon by quarter cup fulls onto a 350 degree buttered griddle. Cook on one side til bubbly on top, then flip.
