Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can Garbanzo beans, drained
  • 2 ripe Avocados, cleaned and cut in chunks
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Method

Step 1

Add all ingredients to food processor except oil. Slowly add oil as ingredients are processed until creamy and smooth.
