Ingredients
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Kraft Horseradish sauce
- 1 1/2 – 2 teaspoons salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 packages Hawaiian bread
- 72 dill pickles slices
Method
Step 1
In a skillet brown the ground beef and the onions until ground beef is no longer pink. Set aside to cool
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, mix the beef, Horseradish sauce, mayonnaise, salt, mustard, and cheese
Step 3
Remove the Hawaiian rolls from package. Using a serrated knife, slice the rolls in half.
Step 4
Spread the beef mixture on the bottom half of the rolls and top each piece with 2 pickles.
Step 5
Cover the beef layer with the top of the rolls, return to original tray, wrap well with aluminum foil and freeze. You can also freeze individual sliders.
Step 6
Keep on hand for a quick and easy snack, lunch or dinner! If you want to spice them up even more, try substituting sliced banana peppers for the pickles. To use: Microwave frozen sliders, 2 at a time for 60 seconds.
