Ingredients

  • Round Steak Cut into serving pieces
  • 1 pt. Tomatoes
  • 1 C. sliced onions
  • Gravy Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
  • 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquett
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/3 cup water

Method

Step 1

Brown steak in fat. Then place in a roasting pan and cover with onions and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours until tender

Step 3

Mix gravy ingredients together and stir into steak. Let it heat through.
