Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can Garbanzo beans, drained
- 2 ripe Avocados, cleaned and cut in chunks
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients to food processor except oil. Slowly add oil as ingredients are processed until creamy and smooth.
